We recently added field names to your web forms to cut down on the time you spend organizing responses. But what about once you are done with the survey? The fields are still showing up on your constituents’ profiles and making the pages endlessly long.
Not anymore! Now you can archive fields so they no longer show up on constituents’ profiles. In the fields tab, just click the grey “Archive” button (A) on the row of a specific field. Now that field will be hidden in constituents’ profiles.
Don’t worry- the field is not being deleted, it is still accessible on your fields tab. And if you ever want it to be in constituents’ profiles again, you can un-archive the field by pressing that same (now red) “A” button!
