Update to Agencies and Agency Contacts

We constantly strive to update Fireside and incorporate suggestions from our clients. This month we’re pleased to unveil improved agencies and agency contacts.
Adding Agency Contacts to Casework

We understand that caseworkers don’t always know the contact’s name within an agency.  When adding contacts to a case caseworkers now have the ability to search by contact name and agency. This feature will make it easier to locate a contact’s name within an agency.
After clicking the “Add Contact” button, the new search function will appear on a pop up. Within this pop up, you can search by EITHER a contact’s name or an agency. The search results will display all contacts and/or any agencies that match.
As the screenshots below show, when searching “department” fourteen people are found with “department” in their constituent profile and three agencies are found with “department” in their title.

In the below screenshots, the results when searching by a constituent’s name are shown. Searching for “Allie” displays all constituent profiles with “Allie” in the name and all agencies with an “Allie” as a contact.
Agency Page Layout
The main Agencies page has been reorganized. Agencies are now all listed on one page in alphabetical order, as shown below. When selecting an agency the contacts for that agency are displayed on the right side. To add a contact to the Agency, select “Edit Agency” from the “Actions” drop down.
